Yoga is a practice for everyday living. A regular practice of yoga supports your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. It is a lifestyle medicine with a primary focus on body awareness to enhance an individual’s whole health. Through mindful movement, meditation and rest you will move your body and connect your mind and soul in ways unbeknown to you.
Through our sessions you will begin to discover the benefits of yoga for life from: greater strength, flexibility, stress management, performance, mindset, confidence, emotional intelligence, self kindness and compassion.
Our classes are suitable for complete beginners to regular yoga intermediates.

Pricing & Membership
We offer a range of class and membership options giving you the most flexible and convenient experience so all you need to do is show up for your class. You have the option to attend group classes or book a private session.

Choose from the below options. A casual group class has 6 students per class. The private classes are a fully tailored and personalised class for one student.

Your Yoga Instructor
Natalie is a passionate yoga teacher. She invokes calm and mindful awareness in your practice that you can bring into your daily life. Her yoga focuses on integrating physical movement with mindful focus and engaging breath. You will be immersed in setting intentions for your regular practice and your life beyond the mat.
