YOUR YOGA PRACTICE

Yoga is a practice for everyday living. A regular practice of yoga supports your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. It is a lifestyle medicine with a primary focus on body awareness to enhance an individual’s whole health. Through mindful movement, meditation and rest you will move your body and connect your mind and soul in ways unbeknown to you.

Through our sessions you will begin to discover the benefits of yoga for life from: greater strength, flexibility, stress management, performance, mindset, confidence, emotional intelligence, self kindness and compassion.

Our classes are suitable for complete beginners to regular yoga intermediates.

If you have an injury or medical conditions please advise prior to the class. If you feel you would be best served by a private personalised consultation, please book accordingly or contact us to discuss.

Classes

Our classes are delivered at the Ratcliff Community Centre, South Road  Airport West.

Choose from Flow & Breathwork for movement and energy or a 30-Min Express Restorative & Meditation for deep relaxation. You can join a group class or book a private session tailored to your needs (by appointment only).

CASUAL CLASSES

Choose from the below options. A casual group class has 15 students per class. The private classes are a fully tailored and personalised class for one student.

Mondays 9am – 60 minutes

Flow & Breathwork – A dynamic class combining movement and mindful breathing to energise and restore balance.

Express Restorative & Meditation – A gentle session focused on relaxation, deep breathing, and guided meditation.

Natalie is a passionate yoga teacher dedicated to guiding you into the present moment—both on and off the mat. Her classes blend movement, breath, and mindful awareness, helping you cultivate a sense of calm and clarity in your practice and daily life. With a focus on intention-setting and embodied movement, Natalie creates a space for you to reconnect with yourself, move with purpose, and breathe with intention.
