      As certified women’s health coaches, Natalie & Lisa bring complementary skills and experience to support you at this life stage. We view women’s health, menstrual cycles and perimenopause not as challenges but as powerful opportunities to reclaim your energy, confidence and well-being. With a deep understanding of the physical, emotional and psychological shifts that come with these phases, we empower you to navigate them with clarity, strength and self-trust.

      Our coaching isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about sustainable change. While a single session can spark clarity, true transformation happens through consistent support and action. That’s why our group coaching options provides the structure, space and community to help you implement lasting self-care habits that align with your health, energy, and life goals.

      You’ll begin with a 90-minute Discovery & Intention-Setting Session, where we’ll help you identify your key health priorities and set a strong foundation for your journey. From there, you’ll be guided through weekly live group coaching sessions focused on nutrition, movement, mindset and energy management, ensuring you have the knowledge, tools and support to thrive.
