Natalie specialises in mindset and behavioral coaching, using a blend of lifestyle medicine like yoga and mindfulness to create personalised strategies that promote emotional balance and mental clarity. Lisa’s approach integrates essential physical and mental health pillars, focusing on nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress management to encourage healthy change for optimal well-being, energy and resilience.
Together, we design future-forward workplaces that recognise and support women’s health from Menstrual Cycles to Menopause. Our approach involves developing lifestyle plans and strategies that align with a woman’s biology, allowing them to harness the benefits of various life phases in their lives, careers and health.
