We are Natalie and Lisa, fully accredited coaches committed to helping women reach their peak in life and work through holistic health and well-being. Our complimentary passions in business, health, education, personal development and individual expertise unite to empower women to realise their full life and career potential

Natalie specialises in mindset and behavioral coaching, using a blend of lifestyle medicine like yoga and mindfulness to create personalised strategies that promote emotional balance and mental clarity. Lisa’s approach integrates essential physical and mental health pillars, focusing on nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress management to encourage healthy change for optimal well-being, energy and resilience.

Together, we design future-forward workplaces that recognise and support women’s health from Menstrual Cycles to Menopause. Our approach involves developing lifestyle plans and strategies that align with a woman’s biology, allowing them to harness the benefits of various life phases in their lives, careers and health. Our mission: create and foster Menstrual & Menopause Friendly workplaces.

We aim to shift mindsets, cultivate positive and inclusive cultures and help businesses retain experienced women as they continue to thrive in their careers.
