We work with women around their innate biology that affords them the opportunity to fully explore the advantages of their various life cycles (menstrual, menopause, post menopause) and how this transcends into their lives.
We specifically shine a light on Peri Menopause for the individual woman going through it and support and guide her on a healthy lifestyle plan for a thriving life and a prosperous career.
We work with organisations to help create Menopause Friendly workplaces to help shift mindsets, develop positive and inclusive cultures and help break the “taboo” around the very natural phase of Menopause. When employer’s engage us to help them work around the impact of Menopause on their organisation, it signifies their interest and desire to break the “taboo” around Menopause, whilst creating a safe environment to support employees during this very natural life stage.
Our experience and research tells us that workplaces who instigate open discussion and education around what this [Menopause] transition entails, experience the development of shared organisational values, beliefs and norms around the menopause shift. The benefits go further too by fostering a workforce that embodies safe and free conversation flow, a workplace rich in diversity and inclusion, the retainment of talented and valued employees and the achievement of employer of choice accolades.
Our approach is sustainable behaviour change for both women and workplaces. We advocate a multi-faceted approach starting with needs identification, outcome ideation and targeted education right through to nurturing Menopause acceptance in the workplace.
Preserving and enhancing the organisational reputation is a significant motivating factor for developing gender diversity strategies (Charlesworth, S, Hall, P and Probert, B, 2005).

IS IT TIME TO START THE CONVERSATION?
ALL women will experience Menopause. Each woman will have her own unique experience but the impact of the symptoms are very similar.
Women can transition through Menopause anywhere from 40 – 55 years. This same age group is ready to come into their careers again and nurture that sense of meaning and fulfilment after years of parenting and caring duties.
Incidentally, Menopause intersects at this critical career stage impacting women’s confidence, self esteem, energy and performance. The impacts can be so far reaching that every facet of a woman’s life is affected, from her relationships, work, family, community and her own self worth.
In a workplace context, the “frequency and severity of menopausal symptoms affect how women feel engaged, satisfied by and committed to their work”.

Hello. We are Natalie and Lisa.
We help women achieve holistic health and wellbeing for work and life.
We have been those same ambitious women who have spent days juggling the many roles and expectations all while oblivious to the power within us.
We come together with complimentary passions based around health and wellbeing. We are both fully accredited coaches and incorporate our individual expertise to help women discover whole health.
Natalie has specialist understanding and skills in mindset coaching and behavioural change processes. Lisa focuses on making change manageable by teaching practical and achievable strategies around nutrition for optimal health and wellbeing.
With experience and knowledge in hand, we help women understand how their own biology and feminine energy can be utilised for personal development, performance and growth.
