Join us for our Calm Kids Retreat these school holidays
Winter School Holiday Retreat for 6- 10 year olds

Bring your kids along for a morning retreat of calm, connection and happiness.

Join us for our suburban retreat for kids set in our comforting and inviting Wellness Hub in East Keilor, only a 20 minute drive from Melbourne CBD.

This retreat will give your kids the opportunity to explore mindfulness, yoga and crystals to support their emotions, energy and relationships.

Session One – Mindful Meditation & Yoga

Natalie will begin the retreat with a mindful meditation and yoga introducing your child to fun and playful ways they can use mindfulness and yoga to be calmer.

Session Two – Using Crystals

  • Crystal Introduction
  • Basic Crystal Knowledge (age specific)
  • Focus on feelings through energy (eg; how does this feel in my body?)
  • Daily Affirmation Ideas
  • Partner Activities – Intuition activity utilising crystals and draw your partners aura activity

Participants will be given a crystal tumble stone pack to take away

A two hour retreat for your kids, which includes:

  • Group Mindful Meditation & Yoga
  • Nourishing morning snacks
  • Using Crystals to support calm
  • Nurturing surrounds of beautiful retreat space

Your retreat hosts

Natalie Moore – Natalie is a yoga and meditation teacher who is passionate about lifestyle education, connection and mindful living. Natalie loves inspiring individuals to achieve their greatest goals and live their best life through mindfulness, movement and positive mindsets.

Renae Briggs – Renae is a big believer in empowering people to explore different aspects of their energetic body to gain clarity and flow in their lives and is an advocate for mental health and different approaches to accelerate the healing process.
